Eastern Rovers Superules were first formed in 1984 under the Vic Metro Superules League. In the early days it was set up to give players 35 and over a social game of footy. This competition now has 3 divisions for over 35s, which consist of 11 games per year played fortnightly plus a finals series. After the normal season there is an Australian carnival played in a different state each year.

 

We rely heavily on local players who still enjoy a kick and having fun. The emphasis on Superules is Footy for fun.

 

Our aim at Eastern is to make more people aware that we exist and give people after they retire from there local club the chance to still be involved in the game but in a more relaxed way.

 

            We look forward to seeing you and your families again, to all the new players “WELCOME” to what should be a fun and successful year both on and of the field.
